Been training consistently since 2006, started out at 73kg jumped up to 90kg in October, ran a keto diet for 5 weeks and dropped down to 80kg which I still currently am now and looking to drop a bit more bodyfat then start a lean bulk hopefully can get to 90kg lean end of year. I come across this board hoping to learn alot more.
