Talking Representing San Diego,CA! Going for a Transformation!

What's up everyone. I was 120lbs & 5'6" Feb. 09 (I know, right?). After years receiving comments from friends for being skinny, I wanted to step it up and gain mass. With the effort I plan on taking, I want to do it the right way. So I did a lot of research, mainly on BB.com. Reading articles about nutrition, supplements, and training I learned so much that I'm starting to fall in love. Learning a lot from the articles and forum of BB.com, I hated how majority members treated those that want to learn. It caused me to not even ask questions because of the way everyone acts there. How can I learn if I can't ask a question and receive a straight answer without any B/S? haha. Which brings me to this forum. Hopefully you guys are gentle with me and are helpful.

So how did I do since Feb? I am now 150lbs, still 5'6", maintaining a 7.5% BF. Been training really hard since Feb, and I am really happy on my results so far and how healthy I feel. Hope I learn a lot here and become an active member!

Welcome big man. And I relate to you on the skinny crap. I started at 6'4" and 148 lbs. Now I am 6'6" and a hair shy of 200lbs. Gained most of that in the last 2 yrs when I finally stopped letting the distractions get in the way.

Still skinny, but now I'll break a neck or two.
