Smile Hey Everyone!!

Hi guys, I'm new to the site and thought I would introduce myself. I am a 19 year old college student and have been fairly fit throughout my life until the past year. I used to be very active in sports until I injured my shoulder and my ankle both my junior year and after that I stopped with sports and found "others things" to do with my time. Basically I decided that I was fed up with my current body weight and have decided to work my butt of in the gym until I'm back down to 12% body fat. I'm hoping to share my transformation with all of you and hopefully pick up alot of useful advice.

Underneath your screen name is a picture of a woman. I must say, a woman with 12% bodyfat is unbelievable! Good luck with that!

Oh, and welcome.

Thanks... I've been there before and I'm going to try to get there again. I weighed 125 when I had 12%. My lowest weight ever was 119 and my current weight is 178 at 5'7". I realize that I have a long road ahead of me. I have access to the fitness machines and equipment I need, my biggest challenge is going to be my diet. If you have any suggestions for a college student living in dorm, when it comes to meals on campus, I'd sure like to hear them.
