im ricky, just new to the forum
im just really starting out tbh
i used to be an amature boxer from when
i was 15 till 21 and i weighed about 8 stone
im now 27 and in the years i was in active
ive put on weight and now sit 13. stone
and i have a beer belly
so ive decided to sort myself out
ive been in the gym around 3 times a week
for the past six weeks
all im looking for on here is some sound and solid
advice on how to slim down, gain muscle etc
and also what supplements to take etc
and to make some new friends of course
so anyway guys thats about it
