Default sorry i did't intro earlier

Been posting for a while and it dawned on me what a jackass I come off as since I didn't introduce myself first. Us old NCO's are like that.

Here's the basics:
--37 years old
--20+ years in the US Air Force
--two sons: 12 and 16 year olds (yard work ain't so hard anymore)
--roughly 200 pounds (wifey broke scale when she got mad at it)
--got to 225 at one point, but AF made me drop to "acceptable" weight
--6'1" tall
--about 16% bf
--been working out seriously (although on and off due to deployments, etc) since Desert Shield/Storm...been a solid year this time, since the AF now gives me 1 1/2 hours during duty hours three times a week for it

My goal: to get back to 225, since weight is no longer an issue, only waist size, so I gotta keep the bf down and keep the waist around 33-34".

My humble apologies for now doing this sooner.

Welcome. Whether you're behind friendly lines watching me on CNN or were in the fight like myself you're still my brother. I'm a Marine, so you know the drill.... ;)

Maintenance...crew chief by trade. Helped develop that bad puppy from 1993 to 1997. Now I'm on the Predator B test program. Nothing like a RC plane that drops bombs.
