Default Texas hello!

Good afternoon,
I have been on the site for awhile (reading stickies and threads) and just realized I had not posted my introduction. I am currently active duty Air Force in Texas, married with 2 kids and have been lifting now for about 11-12 years. I weigh in now at about 240-243 at 6' even. I love the weights and would rather lift than do cardio any day (which is why my 6 pack abs are under my quarter keg gut oh well). I have to say this is one of the best sites for good information and not just lip service to bodybuilding. I hope I can help out if someone needs it and I hope to learn as well since I do not know everything.
