hey... my name is michael mendoza... from the southern tip of lake michigan, 'bout 30 min. north of chicago. i'm 15... been workin' out (not religiously or seriously) for about... 2-3 years. and just recently all my friends have gotten into working out and lifting. my friend who just started about four months ago is kinda gainin' on me now. i've always focused on my biceps, but now i want to get more of a ripped chest... got that rocky concave chest too. so... jus' lookin' for info on supplements and routines. i'm 6'1" and 180... about 13% body fat. i'll post some pics soon.
