Default new from nj here

hello everyone!

ive been only lifting and doing cardio stuff around 3 months. i had a serious back surgery last dec. and its been a rough ride. from t4 to l2 i was fused with ti rods and screws.. unfortunately i have had no income for over 7 months, been getting by on odd jobs.

anyhow to speed up my recovery a bit to return to working since i was denied ssi and disability ran out after 3 months, i decided to take a few things along with working out. i had take a cycle of primobolan and after that i did one of test 250. i know it would have been better to stack them however i did not know that at the time.

i went from 169lbs to 183lbs, after loosing the water weight and after i stopped eating like a machine im now 173lbs but pretty tone. i dont have a large build and have always been in shape but never had the definition i have now. id like to get some more size and strength, especially in the lower back area to hold me together... so anyhow im going to have a look around here and see if i can get some input on how to build myself up a bit and what ways are best to do it as quick as possible, as i said i need to get working and need muscle to do so..

sorry for the novel guys!
