Default What's up

So I've been lurking around for a little bit and saw some things I liked so I decided to join. With that being said, I guess you could say that I know a thing or two about lifting, but am definitely not a true expert. (Though I know a couple of people who are) I have been working out off and on for the past couple of years, however, playing a sport has been difficult on me and trying to keep a constant focus on lifting and such. So, have used all of my years to play and am now focusing on working out and everything included. I will be posting a journal in the near future so I can get feedback, input, encouragement etc. Look forward to talking with everyone!
