Default What's up, everybody

Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been training seriously for about two years. I used to be in great shape. My dad was an amature bodybuilder and taught me everything he knew starting at a pretty young age. I was an NCAA D-1 wrestler, but sat around being lazy for almost ten years. I'm 33 now and finally getting back into decent shape. I'm 5'11'' and 193 pounds. Body fat is about 11%. I've been bulking for about five months and plan to continue unless I get too fat!
