well just thought i would introduce myself.

my name is shane and i've been trying to loose weight, with the help of god sofar i've lost 118lbs. and now i am trying to tone up so to speek.

118 lbs weightloss is damn impressive. Let's hope you didn't weight 180 to begin with.
