Default 142 lbs 15 years of age

Hi, Im new to the forum, basicly clueless about body building, i thought it was so easy, just work out, but now i learn, Eat this, Eat that, Drink this, ive always been a healthy eater and always pretty lean, I been working out at the gym for 6 months now, about 3-4 times week.

Before:

After

Ill take any advice you can give.
My biggest problem is trying to deside if i should continue to try and stay lean or bulk up?
I am almost 16 years old and i plan on wrestling next year.
I am 5'10
I do about 150+ sit ups a day
3x10 chin ups (unassisted)
3x10 each arm curls of 25 lbs
4x10 legpress 180lbs

I am a beginner ill hit me with all you got :]]]]

What does your diet look like ?

A nice meal breakdown and total calories. If your not sure , then you should write down everything you eat for about 1 week and checkout fitday.com Then you and us will know where you stand and have a better idea of what to do.

At age 15 , 155lbs is good. Think about if you were to put on 10lbs of lean muscle a yr then you would be over 200lbs at 20 and at 5'10 that's good.

Yes, it's possible to put on muscle while maintaining low fat - but you have to do it slow. Take your time and don't rush anything. Hit the gym hard and stay on a good diet with higher calories.

you seem to be naturally cut, which means cutting after doing a bulking cycle is going to be easy for you. i would suggest you start lifting heavier, moving away from pushups pulups and situps, and start eating everything you can(healthy food of course). then once you have gained considerable muscle cut back the calories and shed a few pounds. you arent going to get a belly from bulking, as long as you stay away from junk food and train hard. also keep cardio in there, that will help you from gaining to much fat.
