Default 16 years of age-advice realy needed

hi im currently training for a week now. . .i would like some advice on how to bulk as you can see my body is completely rippd...any advice will b appriciated

the only thing that's useful is taking in a caloric surplus...you can't grow/put on weight if you don't have that.

Shit , you look like your starving yourself . Eat some real whole foods. Get some protein powder or a weight gainer to help you get in Some extra calories.

At yor age, supps may not be the best. Food is your friend. Calculate the right amount and get you cals up. Don't just eat or drink something and think you have it under control.

Hey man you definatly need to eat more. Try increasing you daily calorie intake to at least 3000 calories a day and eat more protein. Things like eggs, chicken, turkey and fish are good froms of protein. You need to eat at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight per day if you want to bulk up more.
