Update
Just wanted to update you guys as far as strength and training goes. Would also LOVE some input.
I have been doing 5x5. One plate is 45.
Squats 3 plates plus 10/side (5x5)
Incline 2 plates plus 5/side (5x5)
Deadlifts 4 plates/side (5x5)
Bench 2 plates plus 20/side (1x5)
Front Squats 2 plates plus 10/ side (5x5)
Weight is 213 @ 15% BF
I am thinking of going back to DFHT. I am getting a bit bored of 5x5 t be honest.
Diet is around 4k to 5k calories/ day
