Did you have a plan of any kind? I was looking at your post history and 97% or more of your posts are in the supplement section. That kind of tells the tale, if you ask me.
You had a post where people asked you what your diet was and your workout plan I think but you never responded to that.
I know you had people telling you to "bulk" but just eating a lot can end up making you fat with no muscle. Looks like you got a little mass but I see mostly fat added.
You just gotta hone things. Pictures are great but we can't do anything to improve your situation unless we know what you are or are not doing. Focus that attention you are giving to supps on training and diet instead.
But you have made some progress. I do see a good difference. You got a base starting to happen you probably just need to really dial things in better. It'll happen if you want it to.
