Default After 2 1/2 months cutting

On Keto started 270 now 236, going to 220. Sorry for crappy pics, camera sucks. How do you think im doing, and what could I work on.

Also wanted to say that even though I'm not sure if it is or not... that if that helment has a star on it and the star is for the cowboys... that tat is awesome

I lost all my weight with the keto diet. Im tired of it and starting April 1 im going to try something different just don't know what yet. Any help would be great. I need a good meal plan as Im to lazy to make one myself. Please help. Thanks

Nice job. I'm on a variation of the a keto type diet...it does work wonders.

I'm in mo way got at writting up nutrition plans, but if your still planning on lifting, I would go with a high protien, med carb, low fat approach.
