Post My Pics--A Little Progression

I'm not into bodybuilding, just staying fit and looking good. I've lifted on and off for the past few years, here's a couple of pics: the first is from nearly a year ago, the second is from yesterday. In the latter I'm about 20lbs heavier (approx 185lbs).

Any constructive criticism would be appreciated.
