Onward bulk. Im adding calories slowly. Eating more= more energy= more intensity in the gym= gains baby.
Im going to clean bulk to 200, then cut back down in time to finish the summer. and do some mass adding after that. I have some s1+ and M1t from pre ban, just havent seen the need to use it. Its going to be a year old by the time I will use it probably. I will either use it as a boost for cutting with a low cal CKD diet for 2-3 weeks, or use it in october area for a bulk. Im happy with the results Ive been having, and wish I spent my money on other things. Oh well.
Oh yeah, Im going to get big now.
Good luck Supra, it takes dedication, and you can do it. Thanks all for the atmosphere here.

How do you play the PSOne while doing the cardio? I wouldn't think you could any rhythm. What would happen if there was a really slow part of the game; how would you keep up the intensity?

I think it would be really hard to concentrate your sweating its dripping down your face your wiping it away and depending if its hard level or whatever you cant be doing very good.
