Default 6 months into the cutting... oh, and pics of our gym

Alright, Ive been on a long cut. My progress, and ways I went about it.

diet- first I started off with a clean cut based on daves bulk, learned how ot eat better for me foods and more often, most important, i wrote it down

then, I learned of the CKD. I went from 220-195 quickly, I enjoyed the foods, my friends tried to get me eating carbs with them.. wasnt happening, The carb ups were fun tho. I like the CKD, and think you should try it just so you know how to hanlde nocarb/high carb days. find out what your body likes. I was on the CKD a total of 4 months.

Now, carb cycling. Twin peaks version, right now im doing hlhnhln. h=high, l=low, n=no. just to see how it goes then I will change it up. I work out on mwf, and those are all my high carb days. I feel great lifting.

Drinking - slowed down tremendously. but Ill still have a drink or 2 on the weekend now. Each weekend party, I just said, the only 6 pack Im working on is right here, and show them my belly... now Im getting the 6r... soon.

foods I adore - Chicken, I go through at least 10 lbs a week, probably more. This past weekend I bought a ronco rotisserie ($60 at amazon) and 4 roaster chix. and they were tasty. Eggs, oats, wheat bread, almonds and walnuts, potatos, brocolli, sausages, ham, lots of canned tuna, albacore sucks, starfish rules. canned turkey, canned chicken, and now canned ham. there is a lot of salt in the canned stuff, but it is pretty tasty. and spices.

I need to get beef in the mix more often.

Ok

Workouts.
I started with programs from Muscle and fitness for a while. Then I found DC training. Rocked my world. Learned how to do the lifts properly. I didnt do the program, not the diet, just the workout sheme. Next was 10 weeks of Max-OT. I made a lot of progress, it is layed out real nice at ast-ss.com.
Now Im on westside for skinny bastards. Liking it so far. I was doing 365 box squats, my first max day, floor bench is 265. not much ROM, but hte weghs will increase. I almost puked on leg day, the house was 88degrees. A rundown is here
Iron Addicts
We will run it for a few weeks to learn the moves and rep schemes. Now doing the WS warmup, feels good. I will do each of these styles when I start to bulk.

Ah, now the setup....
Our rack, parabody heavy duty. http://memimage.cardomain.net/member...09_58_full.jpg
rack
lots of weights, all over the place. Ah yes.
weights

recumbant bike
And the recumbant bike in front of the dvd and PSone. Make the cardio go by quick. I usually do cardio twice a week, tues and thurs. Deffinately get good setups, We had a smith machine before this, it had cable crossover which was cool, but It was not sturdy. The smith was good for being able to work out alone when need be. Now, the rack is great. Not something to be skinped on. My next purchase will be a trap bar.
The weight room is the biggest room in the house now. and well deserved. I am addicted to weightlifting/bodybuilding now.
Thanks X, Ill be in the best shape/health of my life soon. And I plan staying there.

How do you play the PSOne while doing the cardio? I wouldn't think you could any rhythm. What would happen if there was a really slow part of the game; how would you keep up the intensity?

I think it would be really hard to concentrate your sweating its dripping down your face your wiping it away and depending if its hard level or whatever you cant be doing very good.
