Impressive stone! Whats the total weight in that picture? ~500?
Also, that bag of kitty litter better be used as bait to lure in stray cats for extra protein...

No That will be in August, that is 475 3x3. And kitty meat is good if you cook it right, trust me I had all kinds of meat over seas, Thailand, Korea, and the Philippines….no lie. You would be amazed at wait you will eat staggering drunk headed back to your ship at 3 in the morning.

Nice. How far apart are your legs? it's hard to see but they almost look like they are closer than shoulder width, but that could also be the angle of the pic and that your in a 1/4 squat position.

Yes they are and I have taken a lot of crap for that. I was stationed with a Guy who was a character for a program that was a spin-off of the American Gladiators. I don’t remember the name of the show now but it didn’t last long here in the states but it took off big in Europe, His character was Nightmare, he also had a few short parts in Mortal Combat the movie. Anyway this guy was a monster and he was the one who got me started on this. One set just slightly inside, one set shoulder width, last set wide stance and go deep. Good eye.

Ask anybody here and they'll tell ya I love squatting, and I was just wondering the reason. How far can you get down with your legs so close? I couldn't imagine getting any further than 1/2 squat, but then again I've never tried them like that so I'm really just guessing.

When I am in tight I can get my thighs just short of parallel to the floor biggest problem with it is it feels like my knees want to blow out to the sides, so know I do not bring my legs in as tight as I used to and I make sure I have my knees wrapped well for those when I go heavy.
