Default Progress Pics

After lifting for about 6 months. The routine was

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Thursday: Arms
Friday: Legs and Shoulders

Abs thrown in about 2-3 times a week, and cardio for the last month.

Those are some good gains! I can really see the difference in your back and arms. Plus it helps that you shaved that rug off your chest!
