These are pics of me before and after 5 weeks of optimized volume training. I Think I'm a little bit fatter. I don't know if this is why my abs are less visible. What type of training should i do for my abs? BTW I'm 18 and 185 lbs.
Maybe it's the food intake...you may have increase on the way you eat..Well for me it's really an advantage, the bigger you are the better you're body will look like, but not very big
