What are you goals? Fat Loss? Muscle building?

Both, I mean the fat I have is on my stomach and hips mainly. I want to get rid of that then build my body up. With the fat no matter how hard I work it won't look as good as it would without the fat. But I'm still a noob and I have no one to train with anymore. Motivation is getting harder by the day :(

Just imagining a ripped six or eight pack is enough motivation for me. MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!

Thats better bro. If you ever get into a boredom or lack of motivation rut, let us know. We've all been there. Good luck with the many progresses to come.
