Default Gaining Weight

Hi everyone. Just stopping in to post some of my progress. I gained four pounds in about 40 days, bodyfat stayed the same. Bench went from 220 to 240. I've been eating like a freak, but no junkfood. And as far as the workouts go, i've learned that if your not sore the next day, then you didn't train hard enough. The heavy eating and heavy lifting seem to be the magic.

exellent job...but pay attention how to stay like that and don`t worry about gaining mass it`s not so important(at least for the chiks)

when you say heavy weight, you mean like heavy weight fewer reps works better for you then lighter and less? and is this for all of your exercises for all body parts?
