LOL, me neither! I've still got a bottle of SD that I'm using as a stocking stuffer for my brother for x-mass.

not bad. Right now you make a crappy skinny guy but a awesome big guy . j/k
Do you know what % bf you are at. At 6'1" and 304 I don't see where the weight is, (fat). Well I can't see your gut so I guess my question is, How big is your gut and waist? At 2lbs. a week for weight loss that would put you at about 278. I know you'll prob. get a couple weeks of 3 pounds off. But since I don't know your bf% I don't know how that will do. I think it is doable but you got to get on a cut diet now. Speeking of which, are you going to do any specifc diet or just the good old cutting cals? AND... Are we going to see a journal?

Honestly I ask myself the same question I really dont know where the wieght is, I'ts just sorta evenly spread out I guess, waist is 42. Although I cant see any abs Its not a sloppy looking stomach, doesnt hang over my belt or anything. Diet wise I'm just cleaning it up and dropping bad carbs, this month cardio is on my off days then kicking it up a notch next month and the month after. I'm just keeping it all in my regular journal, don't wanna start a new one
