I am just about to complete my second month of cutting and my progess seems to be speeding up as far as my weight lost goes but not sure about my body itself. What do you all think. I hit the gym 4-5 days a week and cardio 40min a day and lifting also 4-5days.My cutting diet is basically clean 1800 Calories 250 Protein and 50 or less carbs a day. Any thoughts or suggestion please let me know. I also just completed 1 cycle of Animal Cuts.
