I'm sorry you had to, trouble.

I don't know what I'd do without squats and deadlifts. Not so far back I thought I might have to give up squats because of headaches. That was a stressful couple of weeks, I tell you!

Default New pics

Alright boys and girls. I've got two pics here for your viewing pleasure lol. The "DSCN9315" is about 15-16 months before and basically what I was working with before I came to this site. The second pic is from a drinking day last wednesday (we had a slip and slide hence the mud). Basically look at the first pic, thats what I started with, then I did OVT, Needsize's 5x5, HST, and DFHT and we arrive at the the second pic. If you can guess the weight difference correctly there is a prize

Thanks guys! At first I didn't realize how much progress I had made until I compared those two pics. I owe alot of my success to the members of this site, and now that I've got a good feel for how to effectively train, I'm gonna try for the same results by then end of the school year (8 months from now).
