Chest blew up for sure. Also, most noticeably shoulders/core.
Awesome work man, what did you say your weight was up to now?
You are genetically gifted to be lean it looks like, and have nice muscle formation, something i never knew. :(

Thanks alot guys. It really means alot to see that others can notice my hard work paying off.
And it just goes to show what a little hard work, preparation, diet, rest, reading the goddam stickies and help from experienced lifters can do when you apply yourself

Thanks Guys. That bodybuilder comment made my day 0311 . My bi's are my pride and joy, between them and my pecs I'm a fan favourite with the ladies ;).
I'm bulking right now! lol Metabolism takes care of the cutting on its own Its a curse and a blessing you could say.
