15 years old - training time 2 mounths bicep 36, legs 60, do you think i should eat anabolic or createen, or just without any steorids, sorry for my language, I'm from Latvia ;> btw wight 82 kg and height 1.87 cm, i think it is normal body for my age and parameters )

1.87 cm seems a bit short im guessing u mean 1.87 meters which is rougly 6'2'' ish I believe and 180 pounds is pretty good porportion and you can take creatine supplement. From what I gather you've been working out for 2 months. Are you asking about steroids because your not seeing a lot of improvement because if thats the reason then it just might be because its only been a short time. What kind of workout routine do you do? Possibly include your diet. About actual steroids if you so choose to take them thats your choice not my place to tell you to use them or not.

Also on creatine you may want to take a look at what Sleazy and 0311 have posted on creatine in the training articles section if you haven't alread ydone so.

I'm training since february except summer :( but seriously only mounth with programm who made trainer, i'm training shoulders, arms, legs, stomach, back
