How do you play the PSOne while doing the cardio? I wouldn't think you could any rhythm. What would happen if there was a really slow part of the game; how would you keep up the intensity?

BradG ummmm whatre you talkin about???

Anyways, thanks. I worked out for around 2 months then i just took an month break. ive been back on it this past week though eating 8 meals a day and taking creatine as well before and after every workout. no caffeine, no sugar if i can help it.

yeah ive been trying to eat around 8 meals per day again, so far ive been doing it well.
