Post My Pics--A Little Progression

I'm not into bodybuilding, just staying fit and looking good. I've lifted on and off for the past few years, here's a couple of pics: the first is from nearly a year ago, the second is from yesterday. In the latter I'm about 20lbs heavier (approx 185lbs).

Any constructive criticism would be appreciated.

Delts look great, and you lift part time, just imagine what you can do full time...
