William here, new to the forum. I am a landscape contractor and I am 59 years going on 60 this year. I have been working out for the last ten years or so, to keep healthy and to look younger. In any event, I need the strength as my job demands a lot of physical exertion. I joined the forum to learn about improving my physique and I hope to be able to offer advise too. I prefer the lean and defined look. My wife does not like me to be bulky anyway. Please comment on my physique and visit my album and comment too.
