Talking new pic

So ya, this is me. I just started my senior year of high school and want to end it as a new (bigger) person. I have been working out for about a year or two, but dont really know what im doing. Oh and when i lift hard i get real vascular! kinda scary is it bad? Id like to gain weight and of course muscle. Any tips?

My god, I wish I had the base you have when I was in HS. You are going to be a monster, and a veiny one at that. Just read everything on this forum and eat like a king.

What's those gloves for? Crazy viens it looks like you're being sucked dry and shit crazy looking. Get fat eat a lot lift heavy weight, it's the american way.

wow, ripped to the bone and looks like you've got a great base of lean muscle tissue. the only tip would be... eat everyday as if you're starting a hunger strike tomorrow (mostly clean foods, of course). fyi the whole getting really vascular thing is from having a very low bodyfat percentage

Thanks guys. Well IV been eating much more than I normally do. It’s kinda hard right now because of my gf breaking up with me. Lol I also have really been paying attention to calories and the amount of protein I consume. I want to gain around a pound a week and try to keep my ridiculously small body fat %.

Ok so my stats:
Bench: 225 x 1
EZ curl bar 105 x 4
I have no clue what my squat weight is cuz I just recently started working my legs.
