took this a few weeks ago on my 4th week back after a summers layoff due to work.starting wght was around 185lbs.now at about 210 9-10% b/f.just started my 6th week.been doing a very simplistic 10x10 and an 8x8 for now.was about to start my max-ot but decided to stay with the 10x10/8x8 until my joints get stronger again.also a pic of my leg.camera was bad so had to take at a weird angle which is why my calf can't be seen.this time last year my thighs were at least 2x smaller than now.not too shabby for 44 yrs old,huh?hoping to get to 230,cut down slowly over the summer to the low 220's and enter my 1st show next November when i'll be 45...
