Thumbs up man! You remind me of my grandfather who is now in his mid 70's. He isn't as built and ripped as you, but his in really great shape for his age nonetheless. A big health freak and exercises (brisk walks and swimming when he can) which I'm sure will add to his years. Keep up the good work!
