Default opinions

I want to get cut and swollen ha.
Obviously i have my own goals, but i would like to hear what you all think.

I have been workin out for a long time, but not really diehard. Just enough to keep in decent shape. I would say about 8 years month on 2 off type of schedual.

Right now i just do basics, puch ups, situps, dips, curls, blah blah blah, ha.
I Need to get to some heavy lifting but havent gotten myself into a gym.

My diet is good, eat alot of tuna and chicken. no mayos, or candy, not really onto sweets.

really need cardio. I went from 155 at same height to what i am now in about 4 months. Never had a sixpac but have want one bad, but a hardcore fist sized one.. =)

6'1"

Well if you really want to get CUT and SWOLLEN, you will have to get to get to the gym and start throwing some weights around. Body-weight exercises like pushups and dips are a great way to start.. in my opinion they are a good way to strengthen your core, but they will not put muscle on you so much. Weights is where its at, keep up the good work and stay motivated!

oh... and cardio for sure if you want a six pack. Look into HIIT training, it should be posted somewhere in the training section, i believe its a sticky. Hardcore cardio but it works without a doubt

heavy compound lifts. Get in the gym and work your form and pack on some mass, then cut a little and you'll be right were you want to be.
