Just need to get a solid diet sorted out taht doesnt cost loads. I was wondering out a weight gain shake? woudl this be handy?

Yes, a weight gain shake would DEFINATELY be a good investment.. Look into some MRP's as well. Take a couple of those a day and you'll have no problem packing on some lean mass.

thanks alot, i really learn alot everytime you post lol. Ill try getting a swap from buying oj to buying more milk. We bought some tuna and salmon today to. I know about making the changes gradual, i tryed changing it fast last time and it caused all sorta of problems. Ill add this gradually into my diet and see what happens.

Comparing my pictures from 1 month ago to now i can see i have put on weight in my arms, thats the only noticable change.

killian

EDIT - thanks for your bit of info in your edit

Taurus, yes a gallon of milk and 2 cans of tuna probably comes out to around 180g's, but who can possibly drink 1 gallon of milk in 1 day? I mean that's almost 4 litres, which comes out to $5 or so anyways. If you're going to suggest drinking 4 litres of milk a day, then it is cheaper to actually buy a weight gainer or MRP. Yeah milk is a good source of protein and so is the tuna, but you should have no need to drink over a litre of milk a day. The rest should be water.. That much milk would make someone sick..

thanks, iw ill take a look at that link. I thinki am doing to find it hard to take in taht amount of minlk, its pretty substancial. I drink a lot of water, i have started having more milk with cereal with no sugar on it. Ill try making these changes for a couple of weeks, see what changes i get. i think its just about trial and error so i can get a good idea of targets etc.

thanks Killian

Default bulking

I was once in your situation, so skinny that you could see my spine through my stomach, so what i did was the 3 main lifts, which were deadlifts, squats, and bench. Dont worry so much about bulking up your chest, having a strong lower body definitly helps create a larger and stronger upperbody (yes, this means your chest) I did that type of routine, packed on alot of beef, and I'm currently 6'2'', 210. Ill get a before and after as soon as i figure out my scanner, so if you have any questions, just post. There are more then a handful of individuals online here that want to help, teach, and learn.
