I was once in your situation, so skinny that you could see my spine through my stomach, so what i did was the 3 main lifts, which were deadlifts, squats, and bench. Dont worry so much about bulking up your chest, having a strong lower body definitly helps create a larger and stronger upperbody (yes, this means your chest) I did that type of routine, packed on alot of beef, and I'm currently 6'2'', 210.
