I would like to have something in the abdominals, I started to train last week of march with a personal trainer, but this was only for one week due to time unmatch, I try to go to the gym at least 3 times per week doing cardio work out and the crunch machine with 60 lbs, thats my favorite,,but also other routines.

Get rid of the nightvision camera......then do as much ab work as you can if your only working out 3 x's per week, I would recommend you do them everytime you work out. Also eat very clean and lean!

Yes !!
I'll do my best,
I'm 30 years old and 66 kgrs, something like 144 lbs, never did exercise before with an exeption of last year doing some spining, My days are wed, sat and sun and gym is not at full capacity. Also, I'm changing my food style, I'm drinking a lot of water and already forgot sodas, candies, bread and much more things, but I need to eat more vegetables and I'm following one part of my trainers diet.

Just keep you diet clean and train your whole body and the abs will come with time. You have a good base to work with.
