I agree your calves are impressive. Do you do any specific calf exercises or is that development mostly from squats?

Mainly Squats, but I also do calve raise I do them on the decline leg press. I do 20 feet straight, 10 heels out, and 10 heals in that's one set.. And I do three...

I've been really busy with school and work and haven't had much time to post lately. I'm up a few good lbs. Weighing around 205 right now and feeling pretty lean.. I'll post some new pics soon.

hey man - you are looking incredible! the amount that you grew inbetween those two last pix - the one of you in the grey shorts, and then the black and green ones - WOW! i would say to definitely keep eatin, and pack on a bit more weight, to make your muscle gain that much faster and easier. keep updating! i look forward to seeing new pix soon! awesome job once again.
