Looks like you got a nice build all around just need to do some cutting (as do I). The shoulders/chest look pretty big but its kind of hard to give any specific critique/compliments as its hard to see your specific muscle groups. Give us a flexing or more close up pic and we can critique better.

Btw..it looks like the light of God is shining down on you

definatly muscular, but if u cut your body fat u would look completely awsome

Definately time to cut. Check out Hrdgainer's cutting cycle. It'll really help you out. Did you do any cardio while bulking?

About time I find someone with a higher bf than me Time for Ephedra/Caffeine and lots of cardio. U definitly aint no steel stick.
