Default Time to be rejuvinated... i need all the advice i can get.

OK im 20 years old in high school my life was basketball, all i did was play year round and work out, i was in amazing shape and as u can see from the pic below since iv graduated iv layed off to long on exercise. I got mixed up in alcohol and its run my life for the past yr and a half and the beer has added lbs to my body that almost feel like i can never get rid off. Im sober now and ready to back into the gym and hit the weights..... i havent lifted in that yr cept for recently to get a judge of where im at i maxed out and to my surprise i got at least 255.... im looking to get cut and for some massive gains.... if u can someone point me in the direction of what might be the best work out program and diet plan.... id be very greatful thank u.

Lots of people go thru a few years of drinking so don't worry about that. It's good that you have cut back or stopped , it will help you with gains .

It would help us if we knew what your doing now. How are you eating ? Are you training at all ?

There is some good info in the stickies (training , nutrition) read them and you will have a good starting point.

Another big one, is to do compound exercises. I never saw results until I started doing them!!
