Great job, Fool! I hope to post some transformation pics soon, too.

You know, you're young enough that I think your skin will be back to normal over time. And there has to be some alternatives other than surgery, I would think.

Way to go!

That is amazing progress. I am going to really take your diet under consideration. What is your training like? Volume? HIT?

I don't see any man boobs at all. Your pecs look great.

About student loans, I wouldn't advise that. They're not as great a deal as many people think, and they follow you around forever. If you run into trouble paying for any reason, bankruptcy isn't a way out of student loans the way it is for regular loans, and the Feds can garnish your wages just as if you owed child support. I'd talk to a financial advisor before doing anything drastic.

Fool, you look awesome. I'm glad you posted those pics, I know it will be very encouraging for the guys to see what a little hard work can do. Keep up the good work. Make sure you post another pic in 6 months.

Fool

Hey dude,

That's really awesome that you've put that much work in to your physique. There was one point in my life when I put on a lot of fat on top of my already large body, until finally I just said "wtf am I doing to myself?" I realized it was more of a depressed state of mind, than any physical reason. I immediately went into a zen like training system and changed myself very quickly. In a matter of 2 or 3 months I as looking like a different person. The funniest thing about it, and I'm sure you can relate, was when people would come up to me (mostly women) and ask what I did to lose all the fat. When I answered "I am extremely disciplined in my diet. I do intense cardio 4 times a week. I work out with heavy weights 4-5 times a week. I practice martial arts and boxing. I work extremely hard and when I feel tired, I force myself to work harder. When I crave foods I'm not allowed to eat, I punish myself with an extra 50 crunches. I am almost cruel in the way I punish my body. If you can do all of that, you can change like I did."

They nearly always walk away. I suspect they were hoping I'd say "I just bought this new chocolate bar and it nearly shaved 50lbs off of my @ss in 1 hour!!!"

:D

Anyway, keep it up. Good stuff dude. Proud of you.
