Wow $13,000 seems a little steep? I mean can't you get breast implants for like $4,000? Try and see if your insurance can cover any of it or if your parents have good medical coverage.. Just say that it isn't cosmetic surgery, make up a reason that it is a health hazard or something? My gf had a gap between her two front teeth and she got $1,000 from her insurance company because she said it made it tough to eat or something, even though really it was just purely for cosmetics. Or just try to find a cheaper surgeon?
