getting me to actually cut that is the thing. The only way I know to cut is high reps. I am into low reps. Strength mostly. Most of that mass is natural.. No supplements til like 2 workouts ago

Luckily for you, high reps that 'shape and tone' your muscles is a gym myth!

Cutting with a four day split keeping it heavy as you can handle while increasing cardio is all you need to start cutting (diet aside).

I have no diet per se. and I do a 3 day split at the moment. Even that is tough to hold out because of wife and my schedule. umm as far as cardio, I ws doing like 20 minutes of fast walking/sprinting for 20 mintues but then someone mentioned that I was using the energy for my lifts with cardio. I am going back to that though, the 20 mintues of cardio.

You do look like a strong dude. For now, if you were to just get on a steady eating habit of about 3000cals, I'm sure you would shed some pounds.

You do have a lot of size on you. Working on your diet would help a lot on shedding some bodyfat especially when combined with your cardio. What type of diet are you on? How many meals a day? Any supplementation? Hopefully we can help out. Let us know if you need anything. The sticky on cutting in the nutrition forum is really good info.
