See my signature. It doesn't just apply to women of course.

If you increase strength it's not going to slow you down. Also as you increase strength you will be increasing explosiveness. I know you need that for your sport.

1)whey+chereals
2)big sendwic-chees,ham
3)chicken,potatoes
4)whey dekstroza kreatin
5)pasta
6)chicken
7)whey+milk (sleep)

You have to be specific with the AMOUNTS of everything you are eating.
