hey checked ur post on "is this a good work out" i do pretty much exactly the same as you what are your stats if you dont mind me asking? only thing i dont do is ab's need to tho lol! i dont think its that bad at all really prob need work maybe 4days a week to be succesful if its bodybuilding you want to be doing. i always do 4days, i started off 11st been training just over 1yr and now wiegh in at 13st 2lb taking amino acid creatine and protien whey.try those if your not and give it a go....Regards Dean
