hey man..ive looking thru the forum and i can see u have alot of expereince...i was wondering if u could give me a certain diet i should follow..
im 20yrs old..5'11'' 156 lbs..
i literally started yesterday working out..and im planning to buy ON 100% Whey protien either tomorrow or after..
any tips for a beginner..
i wana bulk up and cut..
and also if u have a certain workout plan for some1 like me tht wud help alot
