Yep, the NSCA book and Knowledge & Nonsense. I'm loving the NSCA book. Knowledge and Nonsense has a lot of good info in it. I'm familiar with the majority of the stuff in it though and I wish it went into more detail. But if I had to do it all over again, I would still buy it. Coach Hale seems like a pretty cool guy. Thanks for the recommendation.

i actually had to go to home depot and get some screw to attach the post. it came with screw but the holes that were made to align i twas off so the screws that came with it wouldnt fit. i just got some smaller screws with some washers and it was good bread.

i will use it today for the first time. the only thing is im to big for the harness that came with it
