    Bro, I feel for you man. I'm 6'5" and started at 145 and its taken me 14 years to push 200. When I was single, what I did was spend the day sat. and or sun. cooking and packing food in portions for the week. I work 2nd and it is difficult to find time to do it all. I did not read all the posts, but I thought I would say something to you personally. Keep lifting and don't give up.
